Biology,The Lab chart file, “Action Potential Traces for Lab” contains all the action potential voltages that have been explored for the nerve in this lab. I have copied the trace in pages 4 and 5 in this file to create a overlayed figure with the 2 trace

This Lab report is a multi-page report that is coherent, and written in the style of a scientific paper, fully referenced with high quality figures and statistical analysis all clearly presented. I have attached 6 files to guide the writer into making this an exceptional piece of work. Please review the “Lab Report Requirements and Marking Rubric” this file mentions all the requirements for the lab report, the lab report must be 3 pages long max but this does not include the references page. The “Lab Manual” file states all the aims that were explored in the lab and the whole lab itself with all the parts where results were recorded so the writer can see what actually was explored in the lab. I expect the writer to generate a hypothesis to structure the report around by focussing it around the aims explored in the lab. The “Class and Induvidual Data collected for Lab” file contains all the data and results for the different parts explored in the lab (which are discussed in the lab manual) I suggest that when the writer adds graphs to the report to base them around the class data presented in this file, hence the combination of Wed am and Wed pm data sheets. I have mentioned what class data belongs to what part explored in the lab. The individual data set from my work station has been included just to provide more in depth clarity of the data for the different parts but I wish that when graphs are produced that the class data is used. The individual data can be used to elaborate on points but not graphs. I want a graph with samples of data values. I have also included a “Sample Lab Report (Not on topic) for general layout and style” file hence this file shows the general layout and format for the Lab report being written. Please NOTE that the contents of the sample Lab report being explored is irrelevant to this Lab Report, the Sample lab report file is just to get a general overview of what the Lab Report should look like layout and format wise. When reading the requirements they state to include atleast a figure as a trace, a trace in this context is voltage that has been recorded on a Lab Chart file in the Lab. Here is a link to a reader to actually read the labchart file. https://www.adinstruments.com/products/labchart-reader The Lab chart file, “Action Potential Traces for Lab” contains all the action potential voltages that have been explored for the nerve in this lab. I have copied the trace in pages 4 and 5 in this file to create a overlayed figure with the 2 traces for question 1 in “Lab 3 Worksheet” the worksheet has only been included because of the trace it contains that has been pasted for question 1 otherwise apart from that the worksheet and other contents can be ignored. The writer in producing a trace figure is free to use any trace contained in the “Action potential Traces for Lab” file, all they need to do is highlight and copy it into word etc. Or as a last resort the figure contained in “Lab 3 Worksheet” in question 1 is an overlay of 2 traces for action potential copied from pages 4 and 5 from the trace file, so the writer can always use that if other trace figures can not be produced. Overall Please Review all files carefully and follow the requirements for the Lab Report and use the same format and layout as is used in the Sample Lab Report. The hypothesis for the Lab Report is derived from the writer which creates it from the various aims explored.
