Capital Improvement Projects, identify at least three (3) capital improvement projects that you believe your community needs and what you believe it would cost to accomplish? This could be anything from refuse landfills to prison farms to water treatment

Most politicians usually have a laundry list of “like-to-haves or wants,” but I want you to focus on what your community needs in the next five (5) year period? And keep in mind, that what you think is badly needed or important in one area of your jurisdiction or community may not necessarily be of importance at all to the constituents in the opposite end of your community? So you will also need to be thinking; will I be able to muster enough political support and “buy-in” to accomplish my capital improvement projects? After all, your constituency will have to foot the bill to make this a reality.
