Civil process
In civil cases there is a process that must be followed and make others be familiar with before going to court. This includes: considering whether there is a cause of action, whether there is suffering of damage and loss and the amount as well as which court jurisdiction to bring the case to. Amongst many other key legal issues that must be explored in a civil law process. You must use your problems-solving skills to critically and analytically address each civil legal issue in support of relevant rules and case laws.
