Clinical Audit Nursing
TOPIC QUESTION Identify a clinical policy, procedure or process that requires review in your service. Audit the information based on clinical outcomes and effectiveness using evidence-based practice guidelines.
You must then redesign the process / procedure in a way that includes the clinical activities of a nurse practitioner so that the document can later be used in the development Nurse practitioner clinical practice guidelines for your department.
