This is very important:
students must select a peer-reviewed paper that is based on empirical research the author/s has conducted. Hence, a conceptual paper (not based on research, but on a literature review and conceptual discussion), or a paper based on meta-theoretical discussion (providing an overview of paradigms and core scholarly papers by other authors, but not on research the author has conducted themselves) are not suitable papers to review. Also, Students must not select a mixed method paper (ie one that uses both qualitative and quantitative research method in the one paper).
