1. Reaching out to the two types of licensees in Massachusetts.
A) licenses for recreational use.
B) licenses for medicinal use.
We want to reach out to both of these groups to market the growing/farming indoor and greenhouse spaces that are available for them to lease in this downtown Worcester location and for them to compare & contrast the economics of our location compared to what they have available or looking at.

2. BONUS: And as an add-on, provide these growers with the possibility to invest in the building at the same time so they are Co-Landlords/Co-tenants in their own building.
You will first want to read through the “Executive Summary” prepared by our sponsor (Tom Truong) to understand what the project is about.
Then explore through all possibilities of accessing available licensees. Government authorities who are issuing such licenses can be one of the sources.
If the information is not accessible, try other available research which help you estimate competitiveness of Worcester location vs others.
3. We already made a presentation about this project, but we need more data to discuss that people with or going to have the licensees are willing to invest in this program.
You will need to provide the demand data of Marijuana and compare the legal rental price with the data showing in the executive summary, show the advantage and disadvantage of both sides.
