Analyze the C204 Case for Spring 2016. Discuss what the most important factors are in developing a strategy for this semester’s topic:
Keeping in mind the scale of the current company, develop a strategic differentiation plan that will enable Enjoy Life Foods to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the food industry.

Choose one of these topics, or a small set of interrelated topics, and go into detail analyzing how this/these topics affect and will affect Enjoy Life Foods’ quest for a competitive advantage. You can also further narrow a topic, as in, focusing on one specific trend.
When writing your analysis, you will have connections between different topics. For example,
“Target Demographic” can be related to all of these topics, and a discussion of any of them wouldn’t be complete without some mention of “Target Demographic.”
Your discussion should include very specific information, with specific facts and figures. For example, if you talk about trends, we need to know about such topics as how new the trends are, what services or products derive from these trends, how regional they are, what audience participates in these trends, ‘where the money is,’ and Enjoy Life Foods‘ current position in respect to these trends. You can also come up with a different topic, topics, or any arrangement of topics for your analysis, as long as your analysis relates to the main Case problems.
Draw logical conclusions from your research findings. Summarize effects your factor or set of chosen factors will have on developing Enjoy Life Foods’ strategy.
Include recent research (facts, figures, statistics and market observations) to support your analysis. Document your information, and include a bibliography of at least 15 research sources for your report. This list and this Individual Case Analysis will help both you and your team in preparing for the Semester Case project.

*Analysis must cite all facts and theories using appropriate (MLA) documentation style.
*Analysis must include a Bibliography of all sources consulted.
*Analysis should be written in an appropriate professional style with correct grammar.
