You are a Lecturer in Law at the prestigious Bodbury University. As a respected scholar, you have been approached by the Aston Journal of Legal Studies to write a case comment on Vinter and others v the United Kingdom App. Nos 66069/09, 130/10, 3896/10, 9 July 2013.
