Report Requirements
• the report must focus on the three case studies provided
• (7-Eleven; Channel 7 {Seven WestMedia} and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia)
• the report must reference the topics covered in the seminars in this course (i will share with you)
by citing academic commentary
• You must include a minimum of 10 academic references (excluding those provided for the case studies)
• All referencing should be RMIT Harvard style – see

• Your report should be presented in an appropriate report format
• Your report should include applied knowledge of the Key Concepts in HRM
Assessment Criteria for Assessment 3 is based on the following parameters –
each having an equal weighting:
• Key issues relating to the question have been developed
• Analysis and synthesis of relevant HRD literature.
• Ideas and assertions substantiated through use of high-quality reference
material and key academic perspectives/views have been used
• Clear written style (spelling, grammar, syntax etc.) and appropriate RMIT
Harvard style referencing (in-text and list of references, following
