LACMA Museum Exhibition
The purpose of this assignment is not only an academic exercise, but it also enables you to use greater freedom of visual/verbal expression in your reactions to a new way of seeing. This essay should be about your perception and what it means to you and not just be about how you feel. Discuss your visual experience, personal reactions and formal elements. Incorporate the formal elements from the handout I gave you. Make sure to specify the title of the work, artist’s name, the medium and date of the work. The more descriptive you can be the better. I have all the photos of the exhibition that I saw but you need to find it on LACMA website for additional information. I will give you some example to see so you can write it in my need.
