According to Leila Chirayath Janah, Founder and CEO of Samasource (in the assigned video), economists predict that in about 10 years, over 1 billion youth will enter the labor market and 50% or more of these will face unemployment.
Watch the video of Janah’s interview and review information on the organization’s website (Samasource). Then, post a response to the following: •Discuss your reaction to the role this type of outsourcing might play with regard to social and economic issues for stakeholders in the global marketplace.
