One key issue should be selected from the current Module

Include a discussion at the beginning of the essay demonstrating a sound understanding of the theory behind the chosen person centred topic

Include a discussion on how health belief theory can effect care delivery in the context of the chosen topic

Demonstrate how understanding of the chosen topic has helped to change your professional practice by influencing the way you think about person centred care.
