My company name is Petrogas Rima LLC it is Omani Company and it is client we have oil field area and our company manage and develop the field and we have contractors doing the activates.
My information:
I’m working with this company since 2008 till date as Field HSE Supervisor and I’m carrying out this tasks:
• Responsible for the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Manage Petrogas Rima field HSE team to meet workload demands.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to the team
• Build and maintain local relationships with PDO HSE professional.
• Ensure compliance with government Health and Safety legislation, PDO and PGR HSE standards
• Provision of operational HSE advice, coaching and guidance to operational leaders.
• Drive the delivery of PGR HSE Plan and update monthly progress with supportive evidence.
• Lead and participate in incident investigation and ensure high quality of all investigation reports.
• Manage HSE budget requirements for Rima field HSE activities.
• Ensure a program of HSE audit and monitoring activity is in place.
• Maintain a Risk Management process.
• Facilitate shared learning (LFI) and consistency of practice.
• Visit operational sites on a frequent basis.
• Maintain an emergency response role within the Incident Management Team.
• Provide HSE reporting and analysis for the site.
• Ensure implementation of PGR- PTW system
• Stand for HSEM position when not available or on annual leave as per delegation note
• Promoting a positive attitude towards HSE within the Office and Field to achieve our scorecard targets for PG Rima and contractors.
• Ensure that PGR HSE training matrix is up to date
• Help organize events in the field to further promote HSE (HSE awareness days, believe club events, lunchtime talks, Entabih training etc).
• Ensure implementation of ENTABIH safety program and data are analyzed and incorporated in yearly HSE plan.
• Roll out HSE program like PDO’s Life Saving Rules, Fatigue Management etc… to staff and Contractors.
• Input of new action/Update and Follow up of HSE action tracker
