The development of the SHRM BoCK –the methodology used to develop the model –the makeup of the exam including situational judgment questions and knowledge questions –Review the Body of Knowledge and Competency (BoCK). Summarize the BoCK by discussing each of the domains: Business, Leadership, Interpersonal, People, Organization, and Workplace. In your discussion, describe the domains and discuss your strengths and weaknesses in each of the domains.
