Create a professional 12 Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to present to your Chief Nursing Officer, which details your research. Address the following areas in your presentation, including why each is important:

Research at least 5 peer-reviewed journal articles less than 5 years old to support information you provide. Use peer-reviewed journals articles from years stated 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012
Include detailed speaker notes to explain each slide. Some slides my have less speaker notes but please explain and be detailed. I asked for 1200 word count or more with approximately 100 words for each slide. The as I mentioned earlier some slides may need less wording than others with APA-formatted references.
