The first part of the report is an analysis of leadership and management of Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFHB). This report will be merged with other reports to form a comprehensive report about how KFHB is being managed strategically. The topic you are writing about is: Corporate Social Responsibility in Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain.

Other reports will be about: integrated reporting/ social economic in KFHB/ strategic planning/ stress at work in KFHB/communication or process improvement/CRM/operation management and planning or Sharia compliance in KFHB/training and development in KFHB. The following points are to be mentioned in this part.

– After any literature review, state my personal opinion i.e. which opinion/belief I adopt.
– Discuss Leaders vs managers
– Summary of ideas to form a personal reflection on the above part
– Personal reflection on leadership/mentoring experience (my own experience in leadership and mentoring either by leading or receiving)
– Conclusion
