What is a structured abstract ?
A structured abstract is a summary of work done which uses a special structure in order to communicate the experiment, its motivation, its methods, its results, and any conclusions that can be drawn.
The typical structured abstract uses the IMRAD format: introduction, methods, results, and discussion.
