· Critique the current literature in relation to the identified problem and/or innovation.

· Critique non-research sources: other agencies’ practices, non-research reports, and other internal and external practices.

Utilization of the Evidence/Findings/and Implications for Practice (40 possible points)

· Based on the evidence, is the innovation ready for implementation? Why or why not?

· Describe the proposed practice/resource innovation (what, who, where, when, why, and how) you would implement based upon your literature search.

· Identify the components to be changed using a planned change model (Lewin, 1947), including driving and restraining forces for each stage), or a diffusion model (Rogers, 1983).

o Summarize potential impact factors to the ease of implementation and the cost-benefit analysis (e.g. Barriers and Facilitators).

· Identify existing sources of data that could be used as outcome measures appropriate to the innovation, for example, an existing audit tool, approval of policy, benchmarked satisfaction tool, etc. (What did you learn from your literature search? Do not propose a new survey!)

· Describe inter-professional collaboration, conflict management, or other activities related to approval.
