Write an essay In the essay, you will explain how you might leverage the tool Collector for ArcGIS to support disaster response. Using Morath and Emrich’s ArcUser article (Winter 2015) article (see above and attached document) as an example. Be sure to answer the following questions in your discussion: • How might Collector be more beneficial in comparison to desktop GIS applications for disaster response? • How would Collector help to gather and disseminate critical information during disaster response?
