At this level, you must show your ability to take a problem, define the issues, develop the arguments and analysis, and synthesize all to a conclusion. This is a paper that should resemble such, using APA formatting style and a congruous flow between paragraphs. Only identify the initial question or statement, not subparts.

PART I. Introduction and Environmental Analysis (35 points; 5 pages min. – 8 pages max.)
(15 pts.) 1.a. (5 pts.) Write a summary of the case identifying the key issue(s) and stakeholders. (250 words max.)
1.b. (10 pts.) In a page or two, analyze in more detail the interests, concerns, and power of the key stakeholders in the case. Your analysis must include a synthesis of information and knowledge you have gleaned. Then summarize your stakeholder analyses in a table as shown below:

(10 pts.) 2. Analyze the external environments (e.g. customer, competitor, economic, etc.) in which Ventria operates as shown in Figure 2.2. Discuss how well Ventria has monitored each of these eight different environments to the extent possible given the information in the

(10 pts.) 3. Discuss the extent to which Christopher Stone�s arguments regarding the limits of the market apply and the limits of the law apply, or do not apply, to Ventria.
