In a brief Introductory Overview, present a (<5 paragraph ) description of the facts / events/ key characters and ethical challenge of the case. • Then address the following: • What is the action/ decision that the protagonist believes is right? • What’s at stake or at risk for the key parties? • What are the main arguments against this course of action? What are the reasons & rationalizations that must be addressed? • What are the most powerful & persuasive responses to reasons/ rationalizations? To whom should the argument be made? When? In what context? What data is needed? What allies? Etc. • Finally, in a Concluding paragraph, summarize the main points of your analysis, referring directly to the ethical challenges you identified in your Introduction.
