plans for the Chef Association National Conference

I had an irresponsible tutor on homeworkmarket and the professor got confused by my project. I was assigned to the state San Diego but It was not mentioned in my project. The professor requires me to write an email to him explaining how this is related to San Diego or I will get no marks at all. My work and the requirements are attached in the files.
