I have put together an interdepartmental team pursuant to your request that my office create a public relations plan to handle resistance to tank farms. I have called a team meeting to examine the situation and come up with a workable solution. I also suggested a public forum to the Victoria Advocate and told Acme staff to direct any enquiries about the proposed tank farm to me, the communications director.
