Media Law case study

In this assignment, you are asked to select a topic that is of interest to you and then research and develop a case study that is “about” five, double-spaced pages. Your first task is to select a topic. Your topic should fall into one of the following broadly defined topic areas. These topics are merely intended to start you thinking about a possible topic. It is expected that your case study will focus on a narrower topic. For example, in the category of truth in public relations you could examine a specific campaign that you think played a little loose with the facts in an attempt to represent its client.

Remember: This is not a lengthy writing assignment, so it is imperative that you be as narrow and focused as possible. If you want to address a topic that is not on the list, please talk with me. I hope that your selection of a topic reflects your own interests and ideas. This is your opportunity to put before the class a topic for discussion that you might not think received enough attention.
