Essay Description For this assignment, you will write an essay (4-6 pages, APA format) that assesses your current (or a past) organization you have been a part of in terms of its’ culture. How is it organized and structured? How much of the culture is intentional versus informal or organic? Utilize course concepts and content (citing properly) to evaluate your organization’s culture succinctly and professionally. If you have the ability to formally interview any fellow staff for this essay, it may add color to your analysis. Understanding the cultures, both formal and informal in which we work and eventually lead is one of the most critical success factors of managers and workers alike. If we are ignorant to cultural impact, it is to our own peril.
