Read and Study “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock” by T.S. Eliot (found in the textbook and online). Think of the poetry essay as the written portion of the final exam; it is the final essay of the freshman composition requirement. It should reflect your best work in critical analysis, idea development, organization, grammar, mechanics, diction, and formatting.
