The identified practice based case study (formative submission) that you observed or where directly involved with during your clinical practice placement, this should not be more than 400 words (provide the case study as an appendix) for your summative assignment: CASE.STUDY..docx.
This is a case study driven assignment not a reflective assignment per se. Use the case study as a means to examine theory and offer implications for practice. Evaluate positive and or negative outcomes of the case study.
The identified case study should have occurred whilst you were working within a multidisciplinary context within clinical practice. Use the case study to identify emerging leadership and collaborative interprofessional practice issues and critically discuss the leadership and management skills in relation to how these may influence your practice.
The assignment should offer a brief background and clinical context that provides an avenue to explore leadership and collaborative interprofessional working processes. Identify disciplines and or agencies involved in the situation. Offer impact on the health and care outcomes as highlighted by the case study.
The 3000 words will be used to;
• Identify the key areas for debate and discussion in relation to leadership, management and collaborative interprofessional activities.
• Evaluate strategies identified that may have been utilised within the case study, and provide academic rationale for your reasoning.
