How do we know that the UK has a constitution?
– You should aim to give an account of the UK’s relevant laws and principles.
– You should not overly dwell on the UK’s legal history.
– You should refer to relevant statutory, case law and academic commentary to support and illustrate you answer.
– You should not simply copy or cut and paste material.
– You should not include overly long extracts or quotes (such quotes should ordinarily be paraphrased).
