Question 4: The world has today grown anesthetized to the disaster in Somali that seems continuous. Somali has experienced 18 years of aggressive disorder and warlordism, state fall down, failed peace talks, refugee flows and internal displacement, Islamic radicalism, internal famine, constant underdevelopment, regional alternative wars and piracy.
