1-Create a list of 5 things that you consider to be stressful in your life right now. Include detail and the description on these items and how they are affecting. Be sure these are arranged in order of MOST to LEAST stressful.

2-List 5 ways of dealing with stress that would be considered unhealthy. Are you currently, or have you ever used any of these unhealthy tactics? If yes, which ones? 3-Looking at your list of stressors, are any of these things outside of your control? If yes, which ones? 4-List ten things that either you have achieved are important to you or are good in your life, or all three. Use detail to describe and explain. 5-Make a list of 4 ways you can relax and take your mind off what is stressing you and recharge in the meantime. 6-Evaluate your current lifestyle behaviors; categorize them into two lists, healthy and unhealthy. 7- Reflect back on your experience in the course of stress management : a) What surprised you most about what you learned in this course? b) How did the course influence how you will handle stress moving forward? c) Provide a concluding statement summing up the main message you will be taking from this course.
