Summary As per Al-Rahmi et. Al, an effort to fill a vacuum in the literature on active collaborative learning and engagement and its impact on student learning performance in Malaysia was made in this study.. 723 Malaysian research students were asked to fill out a questionnaire based on Constructivism Theory and the Technology Acceptance Model, which was then analyzed. For both male and female students, contentment with social media for collaborative learning was linked to improved academic performance, although female students were less happy with the perceived ease of use and utility of social media for learning. Using social media to facilitate collaborative learning and participation enhances the educational experience, according to the research.
