The Feasibility of a Ground-up Multi-Family Development

The thesis paper is on the viability of a new construction multi-family Real Estate Development. I have completed the paper half-way and need additional assistance with writing and research. The paper does involve a business plan. It will need to include a risk analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, SWOT, and any risk factors. There is a financial component which I have completed. I have also started the research piece but will need help on additional research/writing in this area. It includes a market analysis (state and city market analysis where the project is located) employment trends, new construction, competition, gentrification, zoning issues,legal, and other relevant city topics.
