Secondly is a well-substantiated explanation of an aspect of the natural world that can incorporate laws and facts.it is also a rational type of abstract thinking about a phenomenon, or the results of such thinking (Williams III & McShane, 2010). Given knowledge of the abilities and characteristics of individual team members, success or failure can be predicted within certain limits.

In science, a theory is an explanation of the natural world that has been repeatedly tested and verified using the scientific method. In common usage, the word “theory” means something very different. It could refer to a speculative guess. Scientific theories are testable and falsifiable.

It is also a carefully thought-out explanation for observations of the natural world that has been constructed using the scientific method, and which brings together many facts and hypotheses (Williams III & McShane, 2010).
