Analyse and evaluate the crisis management strategies of two separate organisations (at least one must be Australian) during the last two years. The choice of organisations should reflect your opinion that one was a successful example of crisis management and the other unsuccessful.
You are required to fully explain the theory and concepts behind issue management and crisis management. This question should be answered in essay format.
