The quality assurance system within the organization ensures the set standards and targets of the organization are achieved within stated period. Every company sets its objectives and goals aiming to achieve over a given duration. Various key factors play great role in the process of implementation of quality assurance system within the organization. The factors include; the structures measures, processes measures and the outcome measures (Thareja, 2012).

The structure measures enable implementation through the adoption of factors such as the availability, accessibility and the resources quality. These ensure the quality assurance is achieved in the organization. The availability of the resources and its quality enables the quality assessors to have clear knowledge of the future outcome and where to improve hence enhancing quality.

The process measures are another factor which needs to be investigated and well assessed for better quality assurance systems. The concept investigates the delivery mechanisms and processes which apply in the given firm. The efficiency of the means boosts the process of quality assurance in the organization.

Finally the outcomes measures need to be put into greater consideration when identifying the factors necessary for quality assurance. The product of the outcome defines the amount of investment that has been put into the given firm mechanization. The outcome needs to outdo the input devices and materials to ensure better investment plan. Outcome generally affects the company work structure and quality of the materials in the firm.

The techniques perform roles that are almost similar though they vary basing on their operational mechanisms. The major aim of the control charts is to actually estimate both the standard deviation and the average of the given processes. Calculating the average of given data is very simple and easy. The average can be found by finding the total summation of the results dividing by the number of outcomes. The average of the results is the basic foundation of the control charts. Standard deviation on the other hand can be found through calculation of the variance. Variations of the results are calculated in various formulae. The standard deviation is simply put as the root of the variance of the given results.

Control charts are seen as more efficient due to the fact that it combines both the concept of median and standard deviation. These ensure the best results are obtained in the given company. Therefore, several successful companies have adopted the charts control system. Relationships and correlations can also be drawn using the mechanism.
