This is a group business plan for a own created company ‘MealSteal’, which is aimed at providing
Chiness fast food to Chiness students.
My part is just 16. Finance Bottom line, ROCE/ROI, Payback period, income statement, cashflow,
borrowing requirements Money, Entrepreneurial pesonality and 17. Growth potential Growth
I guess I need 750 words in these two parts, excluding figures and diagrams
In these two parts, Figures and diagrams are needed
1. Use figures and diagrams as appropriate. The figures and diagrams should be created by
yourself. Apply them to your business where needed using annotation. For example, you need to
create income statement, cashflow, Payback period and so on about this company to attract
investments
2. Work out what finance is needed. Assume you already have 50% of this amount, and that you are
applying to a bank (or other source of finance) for the remainder; projected Cash Flow forecast and
projected Income statement must be included. Address the Business Plan to prospective backers,
seeking their support. You need to convince them of the viability of your plan and argue the case for
them to advance the funds needed.
3. Capital Requirements
(Most of your financial analysis will be in your financial statements but you should summarize some
key details here.)
How much has been invested by the owners?
How much more do you need to borrow?
What will the money be spent on?
How will that help the Company reach its goals?
4.Capital Repayment Plan
What will be the interest rate on your borrowed capital?
What will be the monthly payments on the loan?
How long will it take to repay the loan?
How much of the owners and investors capital must be repaid and when?.
