hvac construction if possible.

You are managing a project with a team of people you don’t know very well. Most importantly, the
lead of one of the critical teams is someone you’ve never worked with before.
When you produce one of your managementlevel project status reports, you decide to include a risk
from the register that directly applies to the team this lead is managing. They are not happy about it,
and ask rather directly why you considered that team’s deliverable at risk.
What do you say? Try to come up with something that will convince the lead that what you did is
GOOD. Don’t apologize.

Your customer comes to your office and wants to discuss an idea. They have this great addition (their
words) to the project.
What do you say and/or do?
