The attached document is a preliminary piece of work which i wish to be expanded into a 12000 dissertation. The primary understanding should come from the housing market in the UK. The work should seek to explore the merits of building housing on golf courses and other sports fields in semi-urban areas. The work should expand to cover the whole, or at least a far broader area of the UK.
